The body of a 26 year old male college student was found by the bank of the Rivanna River two days ago. Levels of decay suggest that they had been in the water for at least two days and washed onto shore during a recent rainstorm. COD is multiple deep lacerations, including ones through the femoral artery and the carotid artery. Other lacerations appeared hesitant and some were found to be postmortem. There were bruises on the wrists and ankles that indicated tight binding and small traces of Oxycontin in their system.
